TSO Communication is focused in three areas:

 

 

Internal Communication

Communication is one of the most fundamental human activities. It is how we convey our feelings to others, it is our way of expressing our views and it is our primary source of learning. From our earliest days at mother’s knee and later in school, the use of language, written and spoken, conditions our understanding and reaction to our world.

TSO Communication works with individuals and organisations to enhance the quality and effectiveness of communication. This might be in the context of a change programme, a merger or acquisition, a change in working practice or any other situation where it is important that people know what is going on, have an opportunity to contribute and need a forum to exchange views or information with others.

 

Culture Change

Culture has been defined in almost as many ways as there are people who write about it. The definition we use most often is “The beliefs, customs, value systems, behavioural norms and ways of doing business unique to an organisation”. Another, simpler, definition is “how people work around here”.

As organisations change themselves to align with new strategic goals and the changing world around them, they increasingly need to change fundamental behaviours and the beliefs that underpin them. If organisational change is truly to happen, change is necessary in all of the individuals that make up the organisation.
