We work as a virtual organisation, pulling
together a high quality team, from our associate network, with skills and experience that
are specific to your issues. You will get to meet the team before we start work - what you
see is what you get. We never have anyone sitting in the office waiting for the next job,
so we don’t have to go out to sell any specific skill set - you can be sure that we
are addressing your issues - not ours. We encourage our associates to spend at least 50%
of their time working with other consultancies, so that our collective experience is
enriched by the work that they do elsewhere. Everything we do is the result of fresh thinking. We don’t work to a fixed formula, we don’t believe in pre-prepared methodologies. You are unique, your business is unique - you deserve to be treated uniquely. We won’t build proposals and reports from boilerplates; we start with a fresh piece of paper, a wealth of experience and new ideas.

TSO Communication works in a
highly participative manner to ensure that the ideas that we develop are based on
consensus. It is not our intention to run your business for you - we will add an extra
dimension to your thinking and help you to implement your ideas. It is our strongly held
belief that you, the client, must feel you own the outcome of our joint efforts - if you
see the result as ours only, we will not have succeeded.

We are keen that our clients do not become
dependent on us (or indeed any other consultants). To this end, each programme that we are
involved in will, wherever possible, include an element of skill transfer. This will
ensure that you can continue your initiatives when we have gone and that our consultants
are free to move on to another innovative project.

A Director of TSO Communication
will take personal responsibility for each assignment (although they may not be the lead
consultant). We constantly monitor our performance to ensure that you always receive work
of the highest quality. You will always have access to a senior member of our management
team.
