Our
consultants act in many different rôles, often within the same assignment. We are most
often asked to provide independent advice to management. When the time comes to implement
change we adopt the rôle of change agent. For individual managers, we can provide a safe
environment in which to discuss new ideas. When appropriate we can use our extensive
experience to act as mentor. We are skilled in the arts of collaboration and facilitating
effective change and above all, we love to listen. |

Coaching
presupposes that every one of us has a greater potential than we use on a day-to-day
basis. The executive coach is responsible for facilitating the development of excellent
performance from their coachee. The coach does this not by telling the coachee what to do
(indeed very often the coach will not be an expert in the coachees field of business) nor
how to do it but by helping the coachee to discover and exploit inner resources. |
