We will work with the board or top team to identify the core values of the
organisation. We will explore how they could add value to the organisation and quantify
the benefits to be gained from adhering to them. |

Where a set of core values have been identified and implemented, we will look to
see the extent to which they have been embodied in the culture of the organisation. We
will check alignment with the organisation’s business strategy and other key
strategic initiatives. We will look at internal and external communications, employee
surveys, HR practices. With your permission we will also speak to other stakeholders in
your business such as customers and suppliers. |
